Located in Thiéblemont-Farémont, Champagne, this 160 m² villa welcomes up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, a living area, and a bathroom; upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The house features a heat pump and a thermodynamic water heater, allowing for 6 to 7 showers maximum. For your comfort and entertainment, you can enjoy a pool table, table football, and children’s amenities, including a baby cot and high chair. Parking is available at the back of the house. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Enjoy the private garden with terrace, barbecue, and sun loungers. The private outdoor pool is available from May to autumn, depending on the weather. It has a removable cover to maintain water temperature and allow swimming even in cooler weather, as well as an internal staircase for easy access. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted. The villa is set in the countryside, on the Saint-Dizier – Vitry-le-François route, in Champagne. All shops and services are within 15 minutes in a town of 30,000 inhabitants. The famous Lac du Der is 15 minutes away and offers many activities. Fishing, walks, and a treetop adventure course are also nearby.
